Our services include but are not limited to wood fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing. All services are provided in accordance with local building codes and industry standards.
Quotes and Estimates
We provide free quotes and estimates for fencing projects. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the estimate. If site conditions change or additional work is required, we will provide an updated quote before proceeding. Acceptance of a quote constitutes an agreement to proceed with the work under these terms.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property where work was performed.
Project Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your project after work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may affect the project timeline and cost. We will provide an updated quote for any additional work. If you need to cancel a project, please notify us in writing. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to cancellation fees to cover materials and labor already invested.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on our installation services. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our installation warranty. Warranties do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, misuse, or lack of proper maintenance. To maintain your warranty, you must follow any maintenance guidelines provided.
Property Access and Site Conditions
By agreeing to our services, you grant us access to your property to complete the work. You are responsible for ensuring that pets are secured and that the work area is accessible. You are also responsible for marking any underground utilities or irrigation systems. We will take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property, but we are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or obstructions not disclosed during the estimate.
Permits and Property Lines
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are also responsible for verifying property lines and ensuring that the fence will be installed on your property. We recommend having a property survey completed if there is any uncertainty about property boundaries. We are not liable for disputes arising from incorrect property line information.
Limitation of Liability
Bristol Fencing Specialist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, or any other legal theory.
